Who is Fast Forward Digital?
We're a digital marketing company based in Milwaukee, with seasoned vets on our roster who have an average of 10+ years experience in the digital space. We've cut our teeth working at large digital marketing companies like Resolution Media and Performics, top brands like Sports Authority, and some of us have even worked at Google (wait, someone actually left Google???).
Why Do Our Clients Hire Us?
We Listen
Business challenges are inherently unique in nature. Shifting internal priorities, a fast-changing competitive landscape, an outside acquisition, a new boss, declining growth -- these are just a few examples of the challenges that our clients have brought to us. We take the time to listen to these challenges, and internalize them. This way, we ensure our solution is tailored to meet your specific needs.
We Hustle
Our clients never put more pressure on us than we put on ourselves. We've got a Midwest work ethic that we bring to every client engagement. We firmly believe that no matter how successful you become, you can't ever lose your hustle. As the old coach's saying goes - "if you're going to make mistakes, then make sure they're hustle mistakes." We're not perfect, but we always want our mistakes to be 'hustle mistakes.'
We're a Little O.C.D.
Why is this a benefit? Well, in some cases our clients entrust us with managing several hundred thousand dollars in monthly media spending. Wouldn't you want someone with a little O.C.D. managing that for you? We manage our clients' media budgets in the same way we manage our own personal money -- carefully -- with an eye toward profitable, sustainable growth.
We Don't Always Know When to Keep Our Mouths Shut
Wait, that's a strange one. But, prospective clients ask us all the time - "do you charge your fees based on a % of media spend?" The answer is simple, no -- that model doesn't properly align our goals with yours. Some say we're honest to a fault. We just believe that the only way to foster successful, long-term client partnerships is to focus on what's best for our clients, even if it's not best for us.
